Upon your arrival to The
Veranda on Walnut, you will enter
through an ivy-covered arch over the fleur-de-lis
designed black wrought iron gate. This iron
fence surrounds the entire front and side
of our landscaped lawn. Linger on the covered
front porch where you are surrounded by old-fashioned
Jackson vine and Carolina Jasmine. And you
can enjoy it all from a relaxing wicker swing
or black wrought iron table and chairs while
you have afternoon tea or early morning coffee.
You will be greeted by your innkeepers, Ron
and Doris Ross, and you will be surrounded
by beautiful antiques as you enter the foyer.
Many guests before you have stood in this
same spot to register for their special room
upstairs.
